How scoring works

Authority × Emotional Resonance = Trust Equity

Your Trust Equity score is built from 15 signals across two axes — Authority and Emotional Resonance — scaled by five Trust Multipliers. The algorithm computes every number; AI only interprets the evidence.

Every score traces to real evidence — your responses, collected public sources, observed engagement, or a clearly-labeled inference. When public evidence is weak, the report says so rather than inventing it.

The four quadrants

Authority and Resonance each run 0–100; 70 is the line between low and high. Where you land places you in one of four quadrants.

Invisible

A low · R low

Neither believed nor felt — a thin public footprint. The work to do is foundational: become visible and say something.

Expert's Plateau

A high · R low

Respected but not felt. The market believes you; it doesn't yet connect with you. Resonance is the unlock.

Likeability Trap

A low · R high

Liked but not yet believed. People feel you; they don't yet see the proof. Authority is the unlock.

Trust Equity

A high · R high

Believed and felt — the goal. Authority and resonance reinforce each other and compound trust.

Authority

Do people believe you?

Emotional Resonance

Do people feel you?

Trust Multipliers

Will they remember you?

Trust Multipliers (consistency over time, consistency of topic, positioning clarity, narrative cohesiveness, visual cues) don't add points on their own — they scale how far your authority and resonance carry. Strong multipliers preserve your score; weak ones discount it.

Predicted Trust Per View

Predicted Trust Per View (PTPV) estimates how much trust a single impression of your presence creates — trust density, not reach.

The Trust Gap

We compare your Final Trust Equity to an aspirational benchmark of 85. The difference is your Trust Gap — and the full report shows exactly how to close it.
